Hi,

i have taken personal loan in one of the private sector bank in 2007 and i repaid 25 months with out delay. Due to financial crisis i was not able to make the payment of 11 months.

Now the Bank people are calling at my home and asking about the money. They are calling to my dad and ask him to pay the amount. I ask my dad to give my number i will speak to them for the settlement. Even i called them and i requested for the settlement but they are not listing anything about my concerns. Again and again they are calling to my dad and mking harrassment to him and also they are saying we will file a case againest to you. Can you please help me on this. If i want to approach the court is it fine for me or can i ask them to send the court notice to approach the court.

Bank also cheated me 42000 with out any intimation because of non payment of my credit card. Initially they accepted that they will provide the settlement and they ask them to pay the current amount i paid after 5 months they automatically they lien my savings account and debited 42k with out intimation.

Can you pls sugget me. Can i file a case againest bank because bank has cheated me.

Without your express consent the bank has got no authority to deduct anything from your account. This conduct is very objectionable and illegal. Apart from lodging complaint in the RBI , file complaint before the Consumer Forum for damages and return of that amount. You could also pray for injunction against further deduction from your acoount.

yes. I agree with the experts. If what you say is true, then approach the forums for redressal of your grievances after sending notices to the Bank through advocate.
