first step that you contact your builders and ask for the file with all documents xerox copies right from begining. asthe entire history will reflect in the same and then contact your local advocate he will scrutinize the documents and will carry out necessary procedures at subregistraroffice and oother relavant offices and then issue a Title Clear certificate.
