If the District Court reject the bail, It is possible to file caviet by the opposite party in High Court. Please give us right Information to help for Opposite Party.

There is no need to file the caveat as the state is going to be represented by the public prosecutor and in his absence no matter is going to be heard by the court.

There is no provision for filing caveat in criminal proceedings.But you always have the right to intervene in the bail proceedings in high court by filing an intervening application and submit your objections for the grant of bail.

yes,there is no provision for filing caveat in criminal proceedings. it is pertain to civil matter and file u/s 148A of C.P.C.
