Was 'na muharam' or denying property rights to children whose parent die when the grandparents are alive an established law (for muslim family) or a farce for denying the rights of the orphans? I'd appreciate your help in finding a answer to this question, and also case citations.
I have a matter that took place during 1930's--your opinions/suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Regards.

This is a legal provision that if the parents of children die and their grandparents are alive then those orphans shall not get any legal right in the property left by their parents. This is Islamic law and none can intervene in this provision. Do not talk about its effect.
