my wife had filed false affidavit and got the transfer CMP orders... I am filing for revision in the order as I have now got evidence to show she has got 50 lakhs and transfer has been got by filing false affidavit.

Now in this Revision of TR cmp can I file 340 crpc for perjury as MP in the Revision petition?

if not than how to for file perjury for cheating the HC judge and obtaining the order in TR CMP?

340 Cr. P. C. application is maintainable before the same court wherein false affidavit had been filed. So move the petition before the same High Court citing the entire reasons.
