I am holding one plot from 1901 and has with me my purchase deed but first plot holder has sale to second by power of attorney in 1881.I have no original sale deed with power of attorney. Now i want to sale this plot but buyer needs both deed and power of attorney. same plot sale was done 3 times and i am 4 th holder. Also i have no deed of second and third holder. how to solve the issue.
A property owner is trying to sell a plot purchased in 1901 but is missing the original sale deed and power of attorney from the first transaction in 1881. The buyer requires these documents, along with deeds from two subsequent sales, to complete the purchase. The owner is seeking advice on how to resolve this issue and proceed with the sale despite the missing historical paperwork.
