How to remove name from rowdy sheet

One of my friend Forcefully added in a criminal case on 2011, after trial court find he was not guilty but as per case record Hyderabad police booked rowdy sheet for him . Now he haven't any criminal background or criminal activity
i want to know how to remove his name from rowdy sheet help me

Speak to concerned police officials and submit a request application for oral hearing.
If the police department has precednce follow the procedure.
If file a writ petition for removal of the name in High Court, duly placing all records.
