Dear sir
I want to start autonomous institutions in Tamil Nadu. I plan to start vocational course and provide franchise in all over India like nursing, hotel management, computer, beautician, fashion designing, and other vocational category courses, so how to register and procedure under which government act, please guide me and give your suggestions i want to know how can i reg.
