How can I get information about cases under trial or finally decided in Consumer forum/ civil court/High courts/ Apex court of Indiaa against Parsvanath Developers Pvt,Ltd. agaist their project Parsvanath Royale Panchkula.
Pl. guide with details.

So far HC/Sc is concenred try the Case Status by party name in Court Web Site

So far the Civil Courts is concnered , you have to verify each civil Court Suit Register year wise .

the search in Civil Cout is not computerised except some courts

However the Search of Web site is way to know , but not the Complete Search .

Try in the Panchakul-jurisdiction Courts Where the subject properties are situated
