Respected all,

Can Respondent file an application in J.m.f.c u/s 200 of crpc for examine complainant and witness as they have submittted known false information and known false sworn affidavit to misguide and mislead Hon court at every stage of proceeding.

not even a single provided information is true

statement made by complainant on oath has to be tested by cross examination . before awarding fial releifs you will get your chance
