Posession letter from the society

I have bought a flat admeasuring 1030 sq.ft. on a collectors land from a Builder.

I was given an Allotment Letter during the booking of the flat.. I have possesed the flat 4 yrs back but the builder/society is not giving me the Posession Letter.

What kind of action should I take...

Also I got to know that the Builder cannot allocate a flat more the 750 sq.ft.

Please advice me for the necessary action.

If the builder ha sold you flat then it is his responsibility to complete rest of the formalities failing which file a criminal case under section 420 IPC against him along-with a consumer complaint.
