Falsely booked u/s 18/20 ndps act

my friend is the habitual of drinking wine.yesterday he visited to a bar to buy wine. suddenly police came there and started to search articles of people. in seconds 2 unknown person run away from the eye of police and left his suspicious article there. police picked up my friend from there and took my friend at unknown place with that suspicious article. police told us that the found article was Afim . and police booked my innocent friend and sent him jail u/s 18/20 NDPS act . what should we do ? please advice as it is very urgent. if possible please advice me on 9358841464 thanks with regard so called recovery is one kg Afim .what grounds should be taken @ bail ?
