Change property and loan to my wife

Hi,

Recently i had bought a flat with a loan on my Name.

Now i want to convert the loan and property name to my wife name and also i want to convert the loan to other bank aswell.

Can you please provide me if this is possible or not.

there is no direct way to transfer the loan once taken to another name but the conditional and indirect process can imply for it ,need to know few more detail reagarding this, if interested then you are free to call on 9459321520.

You consult bank as how much you will pay as foreclosure chares and check from tehsil office how much stamp duty will be payable and then decide.
