i have property by my grand papa who purchase from board i have rasid also but market people 3 time file petetion how to stop these petetion and we clear all three petetion

Your query is not so speaking about the facts.

State all facts in a clear way.

I have understood only that your grand father bought a property from any board of which a receipt is with you .

But which Board you mean?

Where is the sale deed executed by the seller BOARD in favor of your grand father??

What do you mean by RASID???

Who are market people????

Where did they file petitions?????And for what relief???????Are those petitions pending???????
