dear sir,
the case was file in court on 16 may 2012 under section 14 (1)(e) drc act.how much time does process server takes for the service of summons on the respondent.the respondent is not served as yet ie 22/6/2012.

Dear Mr.Garg,

When did you file the PF (Process Fee Form) Alongwith necessary fees + copies of petition. If the defendant is in Delhi it should take less than a week and about a week if outside.
