we owner of our ancestral property since 1880. in year delhi govt notified our land u/s 4 & 6 of LA act but award not announced but promised to give supplementary award later if govt acquire land but ownership of land transferd to L&B. In year 1985 notification 4 & 6 removed as time limit was set by govt of 3 year for declaring award after notification 4 of Land A act, & land was again transferd to owners. we remain in continous posseion using land for making dung cakes & cattles and some for residence .in year 1988 Archeology dept notified monument nearby along with land giving 5month time to objecion no owner get any notice or any information. now Archeology claiming ownership of land & we became encroachers . Is there any hope

Challenge the notification in high court by way of a writ petition as the same is without taking into consideration entire relevant facts and even no formal notice or compensation was ever given and opportunity of hearing was denied to you.
