If a person is already on bail u/s 304-B, and charges are framed on him. trial is going on,,,, now what he will do after supreme court order to add section 302 to the charge of 304-B..should he move to high court for his bail or there;s no need of the bail.

He is required to get fresh bail. He shall have to approach Sessions Court first seeking bail against the newly inserted section failing which only he may go to High Court.

i read one case in session court. session court dismiss the bail application and wrote as premature, that he didnt frame charge of 302 till yet,,,,,
wat should a person do after this order....will the person get bail from high court easily

There is a chance to get bail from HC.
