Rotation of judges of hc

(Querist) 11 October 2011 This query is : Resolved
From the cause lists from August 10th of High Court of Madras it is seen the judges were rotated and are occupying different benches. But the category of petition put before them remains same and in couple of cases checked at random , I had seen the same cases they were hearing before rotation appears in cause list for them after rotation.
My writ petition case was being heard in 11th court under category of local authority and adjourned for dates after dasara holidays. The judge now occupies 21st bench. Will my case come before him or to the court 11th only?

You have already replied in your query. Same judges are handling old cases so no further question arises.

This is purely administrative matter of High court. You should concern with your case not Judge.
Thyagarajan (Querist) 11 October 2011
Dear Mr. Rajkumar/Mr Shah,
For the affected parties and litigants, you are keeping good track of what goes on in courts. May be on clearing of old cases they may hear new cases of other categories. I realize, as Mr. Shah had observed, what matters for me should be what happens to my case not who hears my case. Regards to you all
