CAN SOCIETY APPROACH TO THE REGISTRAR OF THE CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY AND LEVY PENALTY U/S 101 OF THE MAHARASHTRA CO-OP SOCIETY ACT 1960 FOR RECOVERY OF AMOUNT FOR BUILDING REPAIRING WHICH IS NOT CHARGED IN THE BILL. ONLY VERBAL DEMAND IS RAISED AND 30% OF THE MEMBERS PAID THE AMOUNT? AD HOC AMOUNT OF RS. 20,000/- BASED ON STRUCTURAL AUDITORS REPORT IS DEMANDED. NO BILL IS RAISED.
ALSO CAN THE AUDITOR OF THE SOCIETY RECOMMEND TO LEVY PENALTY FOR NON PAYMENT OF THE ABOVE AMOUNT AND APPROACH TO REGISTRAR U/S 101 FOR RECOVERY OF THE AMOUNT WHICH IS NOT BILLED BY THE SOCIETY?
WILL ANSWER DIFFER UNDER MAHARASHTRA CO-OP HOUSING SOCIETY ACT, 1960?
