for muddamal

Hello all expert,
My client is goldsmith. A co- accused bring to police his soap and tell to police sold ornament here so police arrested my client a goldsmith and recover muddmal form of melted gold not ornamets.
After that chargshit file. Total three accuesd. and other6 accused was absconded. and police has put him on colum no 2 in chargshit with red pen.
After trial complet my client and other one accused becam accuital. matter is pending for only one accused and on 26/01/2011 matter widhral from app pending one accused so case is disposed but court has no do any order for muddamal. due to absconded accused
so how can i get my muddaml?

File an application for realease of the seized gold with a proof sthat that gold is belongs to your client.
