My PF withdrawal

Dear Sir,

I had resigned from the company three month before but my company not signed on my PF withdrawal form. How can I withdraw my PF. Please snuggest me.

You can submit the PF withdrawal form to the authorities, providing the info that your employer is refusing to sign the papers. The PF authorities will send the papers to the employer and will get it signed, consequently you will get the PF refund.

I agree with Mr. Arun with the remark that submit you PF withdrawal form to the PF authorities after getting your signatures attested from your Bank Manager or gazetted officer or M.P. or M.A.L., thereafter role of PF department will come to play.
