My Uncles putting different Initials for me & my Brother in Vakkil Notices

Dear Sir,
My Uncles send me a Vakkil notice and in that notice they put different Initials for me & my Younger Brother,(our Father expired) and in another notice they had put Initial only for my brother & my name is without Initial.
Is there any way to take action against them saying that they are spoiling my family fame & name or is there any possibility to file any particular case?
I'm sure that it is not a printing mistake because it can happen sometime, but this happened in 2 notices & i'm sure they are doing this to hurt us & our mother.
Sir please advice me in this regard and also if that particular document is needed i'll scan & send the copy.

Mere wrong spelling in the notice even if done willfully is not sufficient to initiate any action against the sender. Rather you prepare a befitting reply against the said notice.
