appearance of original petitioner

The original petitioner is being represented by GPA holder,now the court has asked the petitioner(abroad)to present himself personally in the court on 12-7-2010.I want to get the petitioner arrested because after attending the court he may go away abroad.What best charges can be framed against him,so that he does'nt leave the country unless the case is settled.This is a case of marriage annulment.Which was filed by GPA without the original petitioner's presence in the court.Since filing only GPA is reporting in the court.If he(original petitioner) does'nt appear the court has said the case will be dismissed.
