check the above link, there is a provision for National Anthem in the above said act but it does not speaks about dance performance.

there are some judgments by Hon'ble SC, one came when Lalu Prasad Yadav and his wife Raabri Devi refused to stand when the National Anthem was being played......m sorry m not having the judgment at the moment...hope i ll find few in this regard.
