Is Registered G.P.A.with AGREEMENT TO SELL provide any person who is G.P.A. holder to full right/ownership over the property.

GPA and Agreement to sell will confer limited rights as provided under such documents and will not confer ownership on the person. Only a sale deed could confer ownership on the person.
