Our Marriage is only 5 month old. Before marriage, I was not informed that SHE has 3 marriages and divorced. I was told only ONE divorce. I am also once divorce but I had informed every thing and showed my clear Papers. I feel like being cheated.
Please Advice What to do. I am Hindu. our marriage is not yet registered. She has left the house.
Does any law exist- if material fact is hiden before marriage, and its proved. Do the marriage become nul & Void ?

you have to file declaration suit that marriage is null and vide, but it is not so easy because you will have to prove that your wife told you only one divorce. It is very difficult.

Thanks, YES it can be proved, I have a witness. Also there are records of Adulteration and multiple partners in past. She had consealed these information from me and she too admits that she did to get married.
Our marriage is not yet registered, so she agrees/suggest to distroy all the evidence and consider it as NULL & VOID.
CAN we such things. Does it make sense? Will there be any legal complications in future? Do i have to pay her maintenance? She is not earning but has her own house and well educated.

Mr Anonymous: Does it matter if it is a single divorce or multiple divorce. A marriage is a sacred institution not a civil contract. I suggest instead of going the legal way talk to your wife, sort out the issues and lead a blissful marital life. In the instant case you also are a divorcee.

further more, I found that She was doing a prostitution business. There is a police record and withness in court in 1995.
Mr.Vishal, even i am once divorcee, I am not character-less person. CAN any respectful person will accept a pros as wife? Knowing that she layed down with many for money, can any sincere husband sleep with her ??
Her past 3 mariages were also disolved due to this fact known to husband latter.
Consealing the fact was the intention to get married to me. This case has to be declared Null & void.
