Kindly let me know whether any bar on limitation for filing an application u/s 111(4) of the Companies Act,1956? If yes under which section and what is the remedy.

Yes, section 5 of the Limitation Act applies in matters of dispute regarding such transfer as mentioned in section 111 of the Companies Act.

Limitation Act is Made for the Limitation in filing the suit but limitation condoned by the court upon reasonable ground for delay in filing.
