Till Date 6 Months passed, I have not Received any Communication from IT office. On enquiry it is learnt that Matter pending with Pr. CIT for approval. Can I placed RTI application to Pr. CIT regarding , 1. Pending Status, 2. Specific Reason for Delay, and 3. By what date I expect decision on My Condonation Request. or Raised Grievances with CPGRAM Portal. Is the RTI platform is seeking information of existing record only. Which is the Appropriate Option?

Remind them to send the necessary information; even then, they do not respond, and appeal to the next higher authority against the PIO.

If you have not sought information through RTI act so far, then you can do so immediately after which you can plan to escalate the matter through legal channel.
