Attestation form for a pending case holder

Dear all,
There were 3 cases against me.
1 . 498a and313, dowry prevention act .
2. 125 Maintenance case
3. 504 and 506 and 323 and 341

In Case 1 ,CRPC 41(A) notice was given.Now i got acquittal in this case.
In case 2 decree of onetime alimony and divorce has been given.

Case 3 is in trial at SDJM court.

In attestation form few questions are there.
1.Have you ever been bound down ?
2.Have you ever been prosecuted ?

Please help me in answering this question.

First let us know that what do they mean by bound down, are they using their own terminology for conviction or arrest?
The first case, though you were acquitted but it is after the proper prosecution by state that the court has passed judgment acquitting you.
The pending case is also pending in trial hence it is better you disclose the details instead of facing problems when organization detects the same during background or police verification.
