Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the crucial question of when to submit fabricated property papers for forensic examination in a legal dispute. The consensus suggests that the ideal time to file an application under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act for a handwriting expert's opinion is during the cross-examination of the tenant. This allows for the documents to be formally referred for expert analysis at the earliest appropriate stage of the proceedings.

If the documents relied upon by the tenant has been marked despite objections, you may file a petition under section 45 of Indian Evidence Act to refer the papers for an opinion by handwriting expert at FSL.
