There has been a delay by a month in conducting the AGM of our housing society. What is the remedy for explanation to deputy registrar.

You can give the actual reason by which the conduct of the AGM was not possible within the time frame, this can be minuted in the AGM itself and it may be submitted to the registrar for its approval
