Live in contract divorce is pending

(Querist) 06 October 2018 This query is : Resolved 
Sir,
I was got the divorce in July 18, and My Friend have already filled HMA13 for divorce.
she want to live with me even her divorce case is pending.
if we staying in one house is there any problem from her husband or what (legally).
If I have divorce decree then is my past wife is eligible to submit any case against me?

please help me
