Could you please clarify what types of vehicles/equipment is a person authorised to drive in India, who holds a DL Class "TRANSPORT" ?

What is the real issue?

Dear Mr. Venu, I hold a "TRANSPORT" licence apart from MCWG and LMV (NT), and I intend to drive tyre mounted mobile cranes and construction equipment plying on public roads. Am I authorised to drive those equipment ?
