Could you have any views on false ongoing Domestic violence case, can it be quashed by any law??

Wife filed a false DV case against her in-laws but Husband side is well being and sufficient proofs to prove it false. The court is far from the place where Husband side reside so that's why quashing is needed, currently case in on Evidence of PW-1.
