whether the governer has the power to suspend a chief minister???

No. Suspension like power in the hands of a Governor is not mentioned in the constitution to be applied against Chief Minister.

Suspension of a chief minister is a new theory. A governor cannot suspend a chief minister under the powers enshrined in the Constitution.
