sir please tell me our tenent is not vacating the house from a long period is staying in my house with out any agreement how can i Proceed to vacate him from the house

Whether any expired rent agreement existed, whether he is paying rent regularly, whether you are issuing receipt of rent receipt?

In which state the property is situated?

Discuss with local lawyer and file case for vacating the premises.
