What means कलम 32ओ in kulkayada?

In 7/12 it shows other persons name in साधे कुळ, how can we fight against this as per 32ओ. ?

I feel you are from Maharashtra , There are three acts for whole state , Maharashtra, Vidharba and Marathwada .

So you need to specify District and State

Since it is related to agriculture tenancy land , city advocate don't get such cases so this act is side lined in study. But this act as student is in my list of study in coming days so will read and ans.

Hi madhu, i am from ratnagiri and we have our land in a village of lanja, our 3 lands are gone under kulkayada act 32g bcoz we stay in Mumbai and no one is there to look after our land. So a Person from lanja says that he is cultivating our land past 50 years! So he got our 3 lands on the base of kulkayada.on 2015 we check our land 7/12 it was ok with our family members name in it but in 2016 it shows some other person name in it.
we dont know who is he and how he became the kul. We have still a big question that without sending us any notice or without informing us how they can process such type of act.?
The tehshil officer says that this case is under 70ब and now we cant do anything,
Can we fight against this?
Is there any chances to get back our land?

I am from Thane, Maharashtra. I had an query related to purchase of land. The amount is "₹.९२४०/- प्र.चौ.मि." I want to purchase 2.78 guntha. I didnt understand the amount so can someone explain me the exact amount for the total of 2.78 gunthas. ?
