Dear experts..i Am Facing 498a And Others Cases From may 2013..i And My family Members Have Got AB..recently Charge Sheet Submitted By Police But Meanwhile Wife Applied For Transfer Of Case From Bangalore To her Native Place In Telangana State. So No Proceedings And Case Is Under Stay.. based On Above Information i need your valuable suggestions for my doubt regarding one state govt..job application...iin application they asked 2 questions..1) Have u ever been convicted If Yes Give details..
2) Have u ever been involved In Criminal Cases If Yes Give details..
If i want To Apply for above post what and how to Give the Information..and in Present Condition Of Case Is It Compulsary To mention About case Or not..plz Advice me..plz Experts It Is urgent..

You should not suppress facts or give misleading information in the Attestation Form.

In your applicatiom mention the fact that you have not been convicted while case u/s 498A is pending against you.
