Documents with registration department

My flat documents are with the registration department since 1998. We have paid the registration dues. Stamp duty is pending. How do I get my documents back and what is the procedure to pay stamp duty and how much penalties will get attracted.

I think your Query is being Repeated.First approach the Registrar Office and Clarify Or you could even Collect all the information thro RTI.Still if you have difficulty seek the help of Local Good Advocate.

Well in my last query i didn't specify that the stamp duty was pending
