Sir,
Time limit for filing before Central administrative tribunal (CAT)regarding service matters.
2) Whether central govt or PSU employee can file the service matters issues after his retirement of service at CAT.
What are the documents to be required to file at CAT.

time limit

one year of cause of action.

All Central Govt are eligible. Some PSU/Autonomous body employees are also eligible. Please see court website.

Post retirement cases can also be filed provided limitation is observed.

the documents are know to all advocates practicing there who will be receiing remuneration from you.
