Registration under motor transport workers act delhi

Dear Sir,
We are a company providing staff for pick up and delivery to a courier company. We have hired more than 10 vehicles from a vendor under agreement. These vehicles are driven by company staff. In Delhi we have more than 40 staff.

Kindly advice shall we need to register under this act where we are already registered under Delhi Shop and Est Act. If yes than kindly also inform the Form no. to be used in Delhi.
