Sir,i filed divorce op against my wife and notice was served to her on 27.3.14.in retaliation she filed 498a,354,3 n 4 of dp act against me n my family on 17.4.14.
from the evening of 27.3.14 I m staying separately by paying rent where as she is staying in a company allotted quarter to me.i work for a govt company.recently i came to know she is staying alone where as her parents r staying in their hometown.we dont have children.we got married on 16.5.2010.
my questions r
1)as the quarter is in my name if something happens to her while staying in that quarter how far i would be RESPONSIBLE for her safety.
2)what shall i do now to escape from that reponsiblity.shall i give a complaint to my company or local PS

As you are staying outside,surrender the quarter and escape from the clutches,if such a course is open.Else,inform the police about the sitation so as to safeguard yourself.
