judgment and decree passed against dead person, i am filing appeal but i wants to know that the legal heirs of deceased has to be arrayed party in appeal. yes or no

If you are plaintiff and decree is against the defendant, why are you filing appeal? pl. come with clear facts.

If you being the defendant and aggrieved by the judgment, you have a cause of action against the plaintiff only. Why do you bother about impleading LRs of deceased defendant?
