Conversion of trust/co-operative society into company

Dear Experts,

1)Can anyone please guide me to the process of conversion of Trust/Co-operative Society into Section 25 Company.

2) Can trust transfer their property to company? if yes How?

1. Yes, this can be done after a proper resolution is passed by the body of the trustees of the co-operative society and a proper application is made to the concerned Company Law Board Registrar for such conversion. Then the property of the trust can be amalgamated with the assets of the company.
