Dear Sir, My Sister in law along with her inlaws is into imprisonment from 10th June'2014. They have been arrested under Sec 498B (Sudice due to Dowary Harresment )and other. She is on the 3 person from the total 4 accused according to Police. Till date Charge Sheet has not been filed and also our Bail application get rejected from Session court on 3rd July'2014. Please advice how can she be removed through bail. Is there any way to take her out on payroll leave for 1 month due to her sister marriage. Please advice
