how to file writ and how much cost it takes and whom should i contact to do this and does any one is there to do in andhra pradesh

Your question is too vague.

1. A writ is filed only in a High Court under Article 226 of Constitution of India. Depending on the nature of case, a writ is also maintainable directly in Supreme Court of India, under Article 32.

2.The Court fee payable on a writ is negligible but advocates fee, filing expenses and senior fees if necessary depend on the nature of writ, number of Respondents, interim orders sought and various other factors.
