MUTUAL SEPARATION OF PROPERTY

Hon'ble experts,
I had posted in my previous query,namely 'PATERNAL AUNT INTERFERING DESTRUCTIVELY'.....in continuation with that;i would like to inform that now my granny and aunt are ready to go for a partition.And there lies my question. The property of 10 kottah of land has to be divided among 6 holders. We want to do the partition mutually,as in, without moving the court. At the same time,we want this to be concrete and valid. Hence please tell me what are the procedures we must go through? How should we have the partition done? Please help asap.

Since you are ready for mutual partition its good ... make a documents for family partition and mention the details and get it signed by all the members of the family and if you wish you can get the same registered for future safety ....

What wil be the registration fee;for a property worth 2 crores approx ?? Please throw some light.

Registration fee differs from state to state. Consult a local lawyer.
