Leave and lisence

Dear sir,
I gave my shop on leave and license agreement for 4 and 9 months. after completed the span they refused to vacate the shop and he filed a civil suit against me for possession of the shop.
sir, i want to know that can i get the possession? and when?

Consult a local lawyer and show him all the documents.

Was the agreement for leave and licence was in written form or oral form?, If it was a written agreement, the contents are to be seen for opinion or else show the papers to a local lawyer for proper opinion on the subject.
