Sir/Madam,I was married in 2006 2 a doctor,blessed with a boy(7) & girl(3),I work in central govt,hyd and used to visit her in Vizag every wknd & holidays where she lives vt her parents.v were very hapy for the last 7 years,during 2nd delivery she was badly traumatised by her mother on suspicious vt me that i am in relationship with someone in hyd.After so much of explanation by me and many of our famly members she did not consider,From then i could not control her n later this issue lead to seperation of us since 2012.Mine is joint family with upper middle class and well settled.her mother wanted me n my wife to stay away from our famly since marriage and lead different life.but i did nt listen to her and strictly avoided her mother as i had family values.I requested her everytm to think of children and our future and i also told her that v shall live in hyd seperately with our kids..she said that she wil no longer join and i should not see the kids also.after waiting and depressed for 3 yrs i can no longer wait for her as i am mentally disturbed and seperated from my own famly as well due to assets discretion.I may have around 5 Crores of my share which is completely joint property with 4 of my siblings and parents.Finally i given Pwr of Attorney to my brother either to sell or do whatever they wanted....all i need was peace of mind and different life.I do not want to marry or allow any1 to play with my life...i wanted to join some ashram if i do not have job...Recently i tried to ask my spouse for divorce wich they said they will not give and are asking for 1 Cr property share or by cash else they will not leave me.they are trying to spoil my life by removing my job. I am prepared for everything....Pls suggest me wot to do now....1.I want my wife n kids back and lead hapy life. 2.Mutual Divorce where i am rdy to give 1 share to kids wich ws agreed by my famly members. 3. Strictly fight legally asap & settle the issue.

1. If you want your wife back, then you can file suit for restitution of conjugal rights. For getting back the child you have to file suit for custody.
2.Mutual divorce would depend upon consent of your wife. Monetary consideration for your child may be a driving factor for your wife.
3. This is same as first option.
Among these three second option is better one. Legal recourse hardly settle the dispute fast and comprehensively. Mutual settlement can bury the hatchet once and for all.
