In our Society a flat was purchased by a unmarried girl (1st Member) along with her parents. She requested Society on a stamp paper that she is married, name is changed and wish to with draw her share in the flat, This request was refused as she did not submitted required documents in past, but the stamp paper(copy) is still there with Society)Now after marriage (having husband and 7 year old son,) along with parents wishes to gift the flat to her brother. Member is hiding that she is married, signed all the legal documents in her maiden name. Can a Society transfer the shares as per gift deed without husband's permission?

Any reason of your thinking that by acquiring marital status the girl loses the right of ownership of shares? of the society
Also, how does the stamp paper copy pertaining to a rejected case can support your assumption about the girl having lost the ownership right of shares of the society?
